My brother was just released from hospital post foot surgery today. He is 49 years old, disabled (variety of medical needs, cognitive skills strong). He is 4 years sober and living in home with 2 roommates who are also in recovery. HIs village of helpers is small and he lives across the country from me. I'm sure I'll know even more tomorrow but I'm thinking that we may need: (1) Visits to check in on elevation, ice and nutrition; (2) bathing support that keeps foot and dressing dry (3) Light housekeeping (4) possible transportation or grocery/laundry support.

Requirements: English speaking, medical experience and comfort in assisting with some basic ADLs, car + ability to attend to errands/light housekeeping
