My father is in his late 70s, and has mobility, vision, and hearing challenges. He is very kind and lives in an 800 sq ft apartment in a senior independent living community. He lives on a fixed income (Social Security) and most of that goes to his rent. He has very few belongings, and he is generally very clean living and healthy, but he needs assistance with the following about once/week for around 2 hours:
Help in/out of shower if needed to reduce fall risk.
Trim fingernails and toenails when needed.
Take out trash.
Remove any old/spoiled items from the fridge.
Help put up groceries if needed, and throw out any shipping boxes.
Sweep, vacuum, mop.
Wipe counters.
Clean sink and toilet.
Wash dishes (not usually very many because he can't cook).
Run laundry for clothing and bedding.
Change bedding.

All this usually only takes me about 2 hours, once/week, but I'm flexible on days, hours, and pay. Thank you in advance for your interest!
