To Potential Care Provider,

We are currently seeking a registered nurse or experienced caregiver to assist with the care of my 89-year-old father, who resides with his daughter in Dallas, Texas. He suffers from severe chronic back pain despite having undergone multiple surgeries, and he takes pain medication to help manage his condition.

We are specifically looking for evening and overnight care—from approximately 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. While we do have some coverage during this time frame, we are in need of additional caregivers to ensure consistent support.

References and a detailed background check will be required without exception.

This opportunity has the potential to become a long-term position, but we will begin with a trial period to ensure the arrangement is a good fit for both my father and our family.
