We are looking for a kind, dependable companion to assist my mother on an as-needed basis, primarily with transportation to and support during doctor's appointments.
The role is ideal for someone patient, easygoing, and comfortable helping an older adult navigate appointments and light day-to-day tasks. We're hoping to find someone she feels comfortable with and enjoys spending time with.
Responsibilities include:
-Driving to and from doctor's appointments
-Assisting with walker (lifting it in and out of the car)
-Accompanying her into appointments and taking basic notes if needed.
-Occasional errands (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.)
-Light assistance at home (small tasks).
Schedule:
-As-needed / flexible scheduling (no guaranteed weekly hours)
-Typically, a few hours at a time.
-Some weekday daytime availability required.

Pay - $20/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Requirements:
-Reliable transportation and clean driving record
-Able to safely lift and transport a rollator (walker).
-Comfortable carrying light items such as groceries when needed.
-Reliable
-Non-smoker

-She is independent but needs support getting to and through appointments.
