Very pleasant senior, mom always says please and thank you, she is a stroke survivor right side very functional. Caregiver should be - Kind, professional, compassionate, great listening skills, reliable, respectful, punctual and experience with disabled seniors
- Experience transferring with use of gait belt, prefer taller person or proof of ability,
-Mom is 5'6; weight 125 lbs, MY DAD WAS 6'1, he passed away, and was her caregiver. She has been dropped, therefore prefer a taller or eperienced caregiver. My guess, 5'5 or above to transfer from bed to wheelchair and recliner chair.
- Bed bath; incontinence; dressing
- Communication - speak clearly, explain what you're going to do in advance and give "clear instructions"
-Experience assisting adults with disabilities - stroke and blind
-Typically sleeps after breakfast until lunch
- Light exercise 10-15 minutes
- If travel distance is too far away please don't apply - Being on time and punctual is important, so I can arrive on time.
