Seeking support for medication management. Need monitoring and communication of 11 medications thru CVS / Caremark. Also need pill box filled on weekly or biweekly frequency with all medications.
76 year old single, divorced, female that Lives in an adult Independent Living Facility.
She has a home health order. Would like to leverage that if possible for Medicare coverage, but willing to cover additional expenses.
