Due to a long health crisis, my mom's mobility is not what it used to be. She is medically stable and really just needs someone around to make sure she is safe and to help her do her exercises.

My older sister and her husband are living at her house during the week and have hybrid work schedules. Someone will almost always be on-site, but it's been hard for them to be as productive as they need to be.
