Care involves assistance with pre made meals and snacks. Help with bathing and toileting. Companion care throughout shift, grooming and infrequent accompanying to doctor visit. Will notify primary caregiver of emergency issues. Other tasks as assigned. Note: this is 30 hours per week. Sunday thru Thursday. Total of 30 hours per week and 5 days per week. This is direct pay no agency. This is non smoking home and personal calls are limited to before and after shift. The client is total care.
