We are seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to assist with the care of my mother, who has Lewy Body Dementia and is currently on hospice care. Support is also needed to assist my father as her primary caregiver.
Duties include help with activities of daily living, such as; Assisting with feeding as needed. Changing adult briefs and providing personal hygiene care. Repositioning and comfort measures. Light assistance to ensure safety and dignity. Providing calm, patient companionship.
Experience with dementia care and hospice patients is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is gentle, respectful, and understanding of the unique needs associated with Lewy Body Dementia.
