We are seeking a compassionate and attentive caretaker to provide daytime supervision and assistance for our elderly family member who has been diagnosed with dementia. This is a weekday position covering the hours when family members are at work.

Primary Responsibilities
The main role is companionship and supervision to ensure her safety and well-being throughout the day. She is largely independent and capable of most daily activities, but requires gentle reminders and occasional guidance due to memory loss.

Specific duties include:
-Providing regular reminders to eat meals and drink water throughout the day, as she frequently forgets
-Offering light assistance and direction with getting dressed
-Monitoring her whereabouts to ensure she does not wander from the home unsafely
-Engaging her in light conversation, activities, or simple routines to keep her comfortable and at ease
-Notifying family members promptly of any concerns, behavioral changes, or safety incidents
