My elderly mom is visiting me for a month and I'd like someone to pick her up at least once a week while I'm working and take her places to get her out of the house and interacting with others (I plan to get her a membership to a senior center when she is here). She is very kind but a little shy. She walks with a cane but for larger distances we have a wheelchair for her. There are no medical or personal tasks that are needed for this job. My mom is in decent health, lucid, and independent. Responsibilities include picking my mom up/helping her into your car, accompanying her to the senior center or other places, being kind to her, driving her home, and getting her settled back in the house.
