I recently had my 2nd back surgery and my orthopedic surgeon has advised me I can't do any lifting, bending, or twisting. I can't cook for myself, do laundry, etc. I just need assistance around the house to be able to get minor housecleaning done, laundry done, some cooking things like that until the DR says I can do them after my back is somewhat healed. Just looking for someone to assist me while I am recovering from surgery.
