Patient is amputated below the knee, needs assistance getting to bathroom as needed (wears a condom catheter) assistance getting in an out the shower, assistance transporting from the bed to wheelchair and assistance transporting to recliner. Shower every other day or as often as needed, (sometimes are given at night) assist getting dressed.
Light duties to include keeping bedroom bedding cleaned and changed as needed, monitoring blood pressure and set out medications (just need to put them in the cup, already sorted) clean shower chair after each shower, Keep seating area cleaned. Light laundry
