My 59 year old wife has early onset Alzheimer's disease. She is independently managing most activities on her own but benefits from a once per week outing to some destination out of the home. I set up the activity, which can range from participating in the Des Moines Senior Center day trips, going to a museum, visiting with friends to do art projects, or just going on a walk. I would like to explore having a Care Provider who can provide that companionship and transportation. I'm confused about this tool asked for a Payment Rate. I would expect the provider to set a rate and I either accept it or look for another provider.
