Parents are +/- 85 yes. Mom has short term mem loss, rests a lot, and has a cat that she forgets if it is in or out. Dad is outwardly conservative and frail. Preparing meals and light cleaning... they are tidy people. OK... WAIT FOR IT... the best thing. They have a beautiful bright basement - brand new renovation. 2 br one bath.
