A kind and caring family in Kent, WA is seeking a full-time elder care provider to support their aging loved ones. The position is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities include:

Personal care: assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Home care: making beds, changing sheets, light housekeeping, taking meals upstairs as needed
Health care support: medication management, glucose monitoring, physical therapy exercises, and assisting with nursing-level care in the home
Specialized care: peritoneal dialysis support when needed (training will be provided)
Companionship: providing warm, attentive, and respectful interaction throughout the day
Transportation: accompanying to medical appointments, grocery shopping, community senior outings, and other errands
Family support: respite care for family members

Qualifications:

Prior experience in elder care, with a strong preference for candidates with a medical background
CPR certification (required)
Training or certification in peritoneal dialysis (highly valued)
Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to both medical and personal needs
Ability to foster a safe, respectful, and warm home environment

Compensation:
$25–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
