Seeking regular in-home and respite care for my 76 yo mother

My family (wife, 17mo year old son, dog) have moved my 76 year old mother into our home approximately 1 month ago. She had been in an assisted living for 1 year but was not thriving in that environment. So, we decided to have her move in with us to spend more time with her and provide better care.
We are looking for someone who could help us care for her and provide some respite care when we go on trips. We are thinking maybe 8-10 hours a week for normal weeks. The things she could use help with our showering (getting her to the shower and standing by for safety), administer oral meds, companionship, encouragement and support going outside, maybe some light cleaning/laundry for her. When we are gone on trips it would be nice to have someone come by for 2-3 hours to help her with that plus prepare her meals, administer meds, and take our sweet chihuahua for a walk. She is ambulatory but getting a little shaky. She is also developing dementia and has some signs of depression.
