My mom recently suffered a stroke and is recovering. She is a Hindi or Gujarati speaker with a little bit of English. She has a few upcoming procedures in the next few weeks.

We are looking for some help as she transitions from the inpatient rehabilitation center to home. We are looking for experienced and ideally certified practitioners who had experience in monitoring for vitals and have a background in caring for patients with stroke and cardiac issues. Ideally you can speak one of her native languages but that is not a necessary requirement.

We are looking for around the clock support during the day. The start date is flexible depending on when she comes back from the rehabilitation center. The end it depends on her progress but it's like plea to be at least 4 to 8 weeks if not longer.
