I am needing help getting and keeping my life in order, while also needing a nudge to do unpleasant tasks. Priorities include: 1) scheduling home maintenance appointments such as AC maintenance, house cleaning, handyman/woman, security system setup (attending said appts in my place is a bonus). 2) helping me with organizational tasks such as removing junk from property, taking things to Goodwill and/or cosignment, and putting unwanted furniture up for sale.
