This is for my elderly father's home - he has not allowed me to clean it for him, but unfortunately he has neglected it quite a bit in the last few years after he and his last wife separated. She was the primary caretaker of the house as far as cleaning/upkeep, but since she no longer lives with him, the house has unfortunately been "let go" for the most part - 3 small bathrooms, 1 main bedroom, and kitchen - other areas of the house are fine as he does not spend time in them and they do not need to be addressed at the moment. He is elderly and has had some urinary incontinence issues in the last year or so, so 2 of the bathrooms are not in the best shape toilet/floor wise. Looking for judgement-free cleaning professional who may have encountered these types of situations before. We figure once its back to clean status, potentially a monthly or bi-monthly cleaning would be sufficient, but open to suggestions and discussion down the road.
