We are a busy family looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, household/mother's helper with good communication to help keep our home running smoothly. This is a low-stress, steady position perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, general household support, and tidying. This is NOT a cleaning position (we have weekly cleaners).

Schedule:
- 2-3 times per week for 2–3 hrs each visit
- Flexible timing between 8am–3pm

Responsibilities:
- Light organizing/tidying kitchen, family room, living bedrooms.
- 3-4 loads of laundry per week
- Load/unload dishwasher
- Tidy toddler toys
- Household organization projects and simple maintenance tasks as needed
- Occasional simple errands
- NOT deeper cleaning. We have weekly cleaning separately.

Compensation
- $25–32 per hour, depending on experience, hrs/frequency
