bi weekly cleaning

i have 2 bedroom 2 full bath, need detail cleaning first and then maybe bi-weekly regular cleaning for maintenance. apartment is more just dusty then anything. carpers only in the 2 bedroom and rest is vinyl and wood flooring. maybe on occasionally will need washing dishes.
