It’s a 4 bed / 2.5 bath in Campbell, ~2500sq.ft. Weekly on Friday, 4 hours each visit between 9a and 4p (flexible on time, but fixed once agreed upon a window), standard clean (kitchen/baths/floors/general tidy, occasional deep cleaning). Expectation is to clean different parts of the house on different days, not the whole house in 4 hours. I provide supplies. I’m offering $25/hr ($100 per visit) after the first deep clean. 72-hour cancellation window for either party.
