One-time move-in clean: Mon, Oct 5 at 4:30 or 5pm, Portola Springs, Irvine.

Brand-new, empty, never lived in, no furniture/pets. 3 bed/2.5 bath, 2-story, just under 2,200 sq ft. All hardwood, no carpet.

Checklist:
1. Clean/sanitize 3 bathrooms: toilets, sinks, counters, tubs/showers, floors
2. Wipe kitchen cabinets (inside/out) and countertops
3. Wipe 1 walk-in closet, 1 walk-in pantry, 5 small closets (shelves/rods)
4. Dust/wipe baseboards throughout
5. Vacuum, then damp-mop all hardwood floors

Not needed: windows, inside oven/fridge, walls, organizing.

Timing: 3-4 hrs for 1 person; helper preferred. Must finish by 7:30pm.

I provide all supplies: vacuum, mop, buckets, cloths, toilet brush, step stool. Use only the herbal cleaner I provide on floors/cabinets/closets. Bathrooms may use the standard cleaner I provide.
