Need someone to come clean 2x a month, and tidy up 1x a week

Looking for someone that is detailed oriented to deep clean the rental we just moved into. It’s one floor 3 beds 3.5 baths. Maintain 2x a month and possible extra time during the week for laundry and other household tasks.
Willing to pay an hourly rate for an as needed basis.
