We're a family of four in the Santa Cruz Mountains looking for a reliable, warm, and self-directed household manager to help keep our home running smoothly. This is not a cleaning position — we will have a separate cleaner. We're looking for someone who notices what needs doing and does it with good judgment and discretion.

Tasks vary by visit but typically include organizing kids' rooms, tackling closets and the garage, fridge cleanouts, managing household clutter, and other projects that keep a busy family home feeling well-run. You'll work through a mix of recurring tasks and one-off projects.

Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with good judgment and discretion.

Note: our home is in the Santa Cruz Mountains — please confirm you're comfortable with the drive before applying. We live near Castle Rock State Park, in a neighborhood off Skyline Blvd. Travel reimbursement of $25 per visit is included.
