general cleaning with quarterly deep cleaning.
No floors needed
ask to wipe down surfaces- kitchen
Clean both bathrooms
wipe/clean all windows/ french doors
wipe ceiling fans (7 total)
take out trash (main trashcan outside of the garage)
Frequency- once every 2 weeks or 1/month
Rate- open for negotiations
