House with 1 dog and 2 cats means a lot of pet fur and general cleaning that needs to be done on a recurring basis. Single family home with 3 rooms (1 main bedroom, 1 guest room/ cat room, and 1 office) and one bathroom. 2x/ month of general cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal).
