We’re a busy but laid-back family with two kids (11 & 13) looking for help making our home run more smoothly. We’re in the middle of moving the girls into their own rooms and getting ready for the school year. Right now we need help organizing, meal prepping, and setting up systems. Over time, the role will shift to light upkeep and helping the kids stay on track.

You’d help with:
– Meal/snack/lunch prep
– Decluttering & organizing
– Supporting kids’ independence
– Light errands (returns, groceries)
– Prepping for everyday family needs

You’re proactive, calm, flexible, and good with tweens.
Hours: 5–10/week to start, 1–5/week ongoing.
Schedule is flexible—afternoons/early evenings preferred.
