Hi, I'm new to this site but am reaching out as I could use some help maybe 1-2 times per month with general cleaning of my townhome rental. I'm a solo parent due to my husband's recent passing, with a son under the age of 1 who could use some basic help.
The unit we rent is a one-story townhome near the SLO airport, is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. and has tile/laminate floors throughout (no carpet). I'm looking for help with some basic tasks such as sweeping & moping floors, disinfecting/cleaning the 2 bathrooms, dusting (surfaces & blinds), and any other small cleaning tasks (such as maybe vacuuming). I do have a small senior dog, but she would be secured in the garage during cleaning.My son goes to daycare if scheduling works better for weekday visits. Pay rate is negotiable.
