We are seeking an insured independent house cleaner or small cleaning business for bi‑weekly standard cleaning in our Foster City rental home. This is a contracted service, not a household employee role.
Scope: vacuuming and mopping; dusting reachable surfaces; kitchen cleaning (counters, sink, stovetop, appliance exteriors); bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, mirrors); light tidying and trash removal. No deep cleaning or organizing.
Home: 3 bedrooms with upstairs loft. Non‑smoking. One fish tank; no care required.
Schedule: Bi‑weekly. Flexible days/times; preference Mon, Tue, Thu, or Fri. Cleaner will be in the home while we are not present.
Pay: $45–$65/hr or flat rate. Invoice required.
Requirements: Must operate your own cleaning business and provide proof of General Liability insurance (and Workers’ Comp if you have helpers).
Supplies: Provided.
