Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented biweekly housekeeper for a 2b/1b home in Sunnyvale, which includes a main house and a detached converted garage. We estimate each visit will take about 5 hours. We have 1 small dog (must be pet-friendly) and a baby arriving this August!

Scope of Work:
Kitchen/Bath: Full clean/sanitize. Wipe major appliance exteriors and cabinet fronts. Clean inside microwave every visit, and inside fridge monthly.
Dusting/Floors: Vacuum/mop all floors (house + garage). Dust surfaces/fixtures. Wipe bathroom mirrors/glass. Damp-wipe select wood furniture with water only.
Windows/Trash: Empty trash to outdoor bins. Wipe dog nose prints off living room/bedroom window glass.
Laundry: Manage ~3 loads per visit using machines located in the detached garage (strip/remake 1 bed, wash/dry sheets/towels, fold clothing). Shifts to include infant laundry in August.

We provide all cleaning supplies, vacuum, and mop. Must have experience and references.
