Looking for a reliable, long-term biweekly housekeeper for a 2b/1b home in Sunnyvale, which includes a main house and a detached converted garage. We estimate each visit will take about 3.5 to 4 hours. We have 1 friendly small dog and a baby arriving this August!

Scope of Work:
Kitchen/Bath: Full clean/sanitize. Wipe appliance exteriors and cabinet fronts. Clean microwave interior every visit; wipe fridge interior shelves monthly.
Dusting/Floors: Vacuum/mop all floors (house + garage). Dust surfaces/fixtures. Wipe mirrors. Damp-wipe select wood furniture with water only.
Windows/Trash: Empty trash to outdoor bins. Wipe dog nose prints off living room/bedroom window glass.
Linens/Laundry: 1 load per visit using machines in the detached garage (strip and remake 1 bed, wash/dry/fold the bedsheets and bath towels).

We provide all cleaning supplies, vacuum, and mop. Must have experience and references.
