need a detail-oriented housekeeper for our 3-bed, 2.5-bath townhouse (1,610 sq ft). We have a newborn and two cats (one gray, one gray/white), Cleaning Duties:

Floor Care vacuuming and damp mopping on laminate/tile to keep floors safe for tummy time and clear of cat hair/litter. Pet Care: Vacuuming cat trees/beds and wiping areas where the cats lounge.
Standard Tasks: 2.5 bath cleaning, cleaning kitchen stone counters, and dust all surfaces. Organization & Laundry:
Laundry: Wash baby items separately with hypoallergenic detergent; manage adult linens.
Tidying: reset of common areas and toy rotation.
Maintenance: Notify us when supplies are low.
