Professor seeking help home chores, garden tasks, and repairs/maintenance of an old house in Woodland, CA (historic district).

I own a quirky 140 year old house that requires a lot of tending.... time I often down have as a single mother with some chronic fatigue issues. I only use eco-products in the home. I'm looking for someone who can help me with cleaning, organizing, painting. I am also looking for help with other "fixit" chores if you are handy.

Bonus if you have experience with selling items on Ebay or Facebook marketplace as I need to clean out my garage and get rid of a lot of baby/girl clothes and shoes.

*If you don't have a car, I could pick you up at the bus station or it's an easy bike....

* MUST NOT WEAR PERFUME OR COLOGNE NOR USE FABRIC SOFTENERS. If you use fabric softeners but have the right skills, an alternative solution would be to for me to lend you a set of unscented clothes to wear on workdays (I could launder them between jobs).
