We’re a busy family of four in Lafayette looking for a trustworthy and organized Family Assistant to help keep our home running smoothly.

This flexible role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, enjoys variety, and loves helping a home feel more organized and calmer.

Duties include:
• Light meal prep (wash, chop, store, occasional cooking)
• Tidy main living areas, kitchen, playroom
• Laundry (wash, fold, put away)
• Organizing closets, pantry, and other spaces as needed
• Rotating small “project” tasks (decluttering, seasonal organization, etc.)
• Light supervision of kids while they play (as needed)

Schedule:
• Flexible — we can discuss - potentially one longer visit or a few shorter visits each week
• Weekday daytime preferred, but open to occasional evenings/weekends

Requirements:
• Responsible, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy
• Background check preferred
• Positive references
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive / self- starter - able to see what / how it needs to get done
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable around children

Pay: $20-$25, depending on experience.
