We're seeking a mature live-in helper for our family of 6 in Lafayette. Role: 50% household tasks, 25% driving, 25% childcare. We have 5-year-old twin girls (FT preschool) and 11-year-old boy-girl twins (6th grade, independent). You'll team up with parents for driving, household chores, and childcare. Split schedule: 40 hrs/week, mornings- (3-5x/wk, 6:30-8:30am), weekdays 3-8pm, 4-5 flexible hours, occasional weekend help. No deep cleaning, housekeepers come biweekly; your duties are daily upkeep: dishes, laundry, tidying. Must be an excellent driver (valid US license), fluent English, love kids, non-smoker. Private room/bath, car, TV, WiFi, PTO, meals, pay (DOE).
