Weekly HEALTHY meal prep

The biggest thing I want done is weekly meal prep. I want easy breakfasts and lunches to take to work, and a quick-heat-up supper when I get home. I'm happy to make it easier for you if you give me a shopping list, or if you like to shop you can pick up the groceries and I'll reimburse you.
My goal is to start eating way healthier than I have for years. I want to pay attention to Macros and portions and all of that-and I do not know how to plan all of that. I want increased veggies and fruits, lean meats, and lower carbs.
You'd be cooking for 3 adults-one of them is a 19 year old boy who can eat rather large portions. We do have a fully stocked kitchen as far as utensils and appliances go, but would need a lot of the groceries even for the first session.
