I’m looking for a dependable and thorough housekeeper to clean my 1 bed / 1 bath condo in Miami Beach every 3 weeks. The job includes standard cleaning tasks, laundry, and light pet-related duties. All supplies will be provided.

Duties include:
• Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry
• Change bed sheets and make the bed
• Load and unload dishwasher
• Clean kitchen appliances (microwave, fridge, etc.)
• Vacuum and mop all floors
• Dust and wipe all surfaces throughout the condo (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom)
• Clean bathroom: toilet, sink, shower, mirrors, and counters
• Clean balcony: sweep floor, wipe down table, clean outside-facing windows
• Clean cat food and water bowls
• Take out trash

This is a recurring job every 3 weeks. The condo is 650 sq ft and generally well maintained, but I’m looking for someone detail-oriented who can keep things consistently clean and organized.

Location: Miami Beach – 4th St & Ocean Dr
Time Required: About 4-5 hours per visit
