We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable housekeeper experienced in mold remediation and deep cleaning for a studio apartment in Miami. The unit requires thorough mold removal and sanitization, including furniture surfaces and any affected household areas, to ensure the apartment is clean, safe, and ready for guests or tenants.

Responsibilities
Inspect the apartment for visible mold and mildew buildup
Safely clean and remove mold from wood furniture, walls, baseboards, and other surfaces

Use appropriate cleaning solutions and protective equipment
Deep clean the entire studio, including kitchen, bathroom, and living area
Sanitize high-touch areas and deodorize the space
Report any damage, leaks, or areas of concern that may contribute to moisture or mold growth

Requirements
Proven experience in mold cleaning, remediation, or deep cleaning services
Knowledge of safe mold removal methods and products
Reliable transportation to and from the property
Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies and protective gear (preferred)
Must be punctual, thorough, and trustworthy

Schedule & Pay
One-time job (with possibility of ongoing cleaning work)
Flexible scheduling, but ideally within the next week
