I am not sure what the normal rate for cleanings are, if I am wrong tell me. I have a 3 bed, 2 bath house, with a relatively larger living room, a medium sized dining room / kitchen, and a screened in porch. I would be looking for a maintenance clean with occasional deep dive / attention to detail (for example, I have an office room with lots of books that need dusting every so often). We keep the house pretty clean but both my husband and I get bogged down with work and are tired at the end of day to really get into the details with cleaning. I have bad allergies too and with pollen season extra cleanings will help. I'd be looking for vacuuming, moping, dusting, and possibly dishes depending. Please let me know! :)
