Looking for a one-time move in deep cleaning of entire 1900 sq ft 2 story home, 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath, lots of windows (14+)
No furniture inside house yet, brand new home, basically empty. no organization needed. There's lots of dust and residue from inspectors, painters, electricians, etc coming in and out of the house everyday for repairs. They should be done by end of May. We are looking for a deep clean in mid June (date is flexible) before we start moving in July. Located in new Laureate Park phase right next to Luminary elementary school.
We have a garage, epoxy flooring, downstairs is laminate wood flooring, kitchen, kitchen island, living space, dining space, flex room, storage closet laundry room, half bathroom, master, master bathroom, closet with carpet.
Upstairs is carpet, 2 rooms with closets, a full bathroom upstairs, AC unit, and loft. It is a very clean house to start with already, just want that extra sparkle. First time asking for a cleaner!
