I am looking for someone to come every 2 weeks to clean my apartment (which is very clean to begin with, but requires routine maintenance):

1. Mopping / Washing of all tile floors, vacuuming of area rugs
2. Thoroughly cleaning all bathrooms, showers, toilets
3. Dusting and careful cleaning of artwork, sculptures, etc.
4. Washing of exterior windows (3 sliding glass doors, and about 12 window panels on my balcony)
5. Cleaning of furniture on balcony (Table and some chairs)
6. Cleaning of floors on balcony
7. Making Beds as needed (laundry will be done in advance for bedding)
8. Cleaning of stainless steel kitchen appliances as needed

Very particular about taking time to be careful and cautious to avoid breaking anything. Also want to have things put back in the same place where they were before the cleaning. Will provide paid first visit training to go over everything in detail. Flexible on day of week, but prefer Weds or weekends.
