What is covered under General Maintenance?

I need help with small house maintenances, are those covered under general maintenance? How much? Below is a list of some of the work I have - replace faucets for bathroom sinks, shower heads, blinds and light fixture.

I put $20 for rate but I honestly don't know what the right rate for this type of work is. Couldn't submit a form without that populated.
