Location: Private Residence – 2-Story Home (3300 sq ft, 4 Bed, 3.5 Bath)
Schedule: Bi-weekly
Compensation: Negotiable [$15-$30/hr. or $90 flat rate for 3 hours

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and general order of our two-level, 3,300 sq. ft. private residence with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be proactive, and capable of maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization throughout the home. Pet-friendly home (not suitable for those with allergies or restrictions); dog will be crated during service

Key Responsibilities:
General Cleaning (All Rooms):
Dust all surfaces, including furniture, picture frames, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents
Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs
Sweep and mop hardwood, tile, or vinyl floors
Clean baseboards, doors, door frames, and light switch plates
Empty trash bins and replace liners
Spot clean walls and windows as needed
Organize and tidy common areas (living room, dining room, entryways)
