Help needed to pack up books, clothes etc for move

Hello,
Need help with boxing up books, kitchenware, clothes etc in preparation for a move. All supplies will be provided by me. No heavy lifting, small boxes that can be taken down into garage for storing.
This is a 4 bed 3.5 bath home, packing started but need ot pick up speed to complete packing.
May take up to 3 days to complete.
