Need help with organizing and prioritizing lots of clutter, recommendations for furniture and decorating that help organize and display things that need to be kept (sentimental, useful, etc.), deep cleaning when done.

One large master bedroom with walk-in closet, one small bedroom with reach-in closet, two small bathrooms, large living room, large tv room, 17'x17' kitchen, and an 8x8 bonus room. (Other bedroom taken care of by adult daughter).

Will likely take multiple visits and a strong ability to build a relationship to be able to facilitate tough conversations with a very sentimental elderly person.
