My family and I are looking for a wonderful housekeeper to assist in deep cleaning our home twice a month on a regularly scheduled basis. We both work and have two young children under 3 years old, which can make life hectic at times! Our home is 1900 square feet, 2 story. Job duties would include a deep clean of the following areas: 1. Kitchen - cleaning countertops, backsplash, sink, appliances, dusting, light fixtures, wiping down cabinets, shining stainless steel. 2. Living areas - Dust, mirrors, and light fixtures. 3. Bathrooms - Disinfect toilet, clean sink and countertop, mirrors, light fixtures, changing trash. Shower cleaning. 4. Bedrooms - Changing sheets, dusting, light fixtures, mirrors. Always vacuuming and mopping. We feel you deserve to get paid a fair and competitive amount! Frequent cancellations/rescheduling will result in termination of contract. You must supply your own cleaning products, tools, and vehicle. No children. No pets. No smoking, drug, or alcohol use.
