We are looking for a trustworthy and thorough house cleaner to visit every two weeks to maintain a home for an elderly parent who can no longer manage the deep cleaning themselves. The home is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with laminate flooring throughout (no carpet).
The Home:
* Size: 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom.
* Flooring: 100% Laminate. (Easy to clean, but requires thorough dusting/sweeping for dust bunnies).
* Environment: Quiet home; the resident will likely be present during cleaning.
The To-Do List (Deep Clean Focus):
* Bathrooms (Top Priority): Scrubbing showers, toilets, and sinks to ensure they are sanitary and safe.
* Kitchen: Cleaning inside the fridge (tossing old food/wiping spills), scrubbing stovetop, and counters.
* Floors: Thorough sweep/vacuum and mop of all rooms. Since there is no carpet, we really need someone who is good at getting dust out of corners and from under furniture.
* Details: Dusting baseboards, blinds, and reachable fans.
Schedule:
* Frequency: Every 2 weeks, open to any day of the week
* Time: Flexible, just prefer to set up a consistent time if possible

* Note: Since there is no carpet, the heavy lifting is minimal, but we pay for thoroughness and reliability.
Requirements:
* Must be comfortable working in a home with a senior present.
