I am looking for someone to come by my house every other week for 2-3 hours and do a combination of deep cleaning and organizing. I don't need all of the listed cleaning done every other week, more a pick an area or two and work on them and eventually I will have every room cleaned after a month or two, then just upkeep cleanings.

Living Room:
Vacuum carpets and rugs.
Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including electronics.
Wash windows and windowsills.
Organize bookshelves and magazines.
Clean upholstery and cushions.

Kitchen:
Clean and disinfect countertops and sink.
Wipe down appliances, including the fridge, oven, and microwave.
Organize pantry and cabinets.
Mop the floor and scrub grout.
Empty and clean trash bins.
Dust shelves where appliances are stored

Bathroom:
Scrub and disinfect toilet, shower, and bathtub.
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
Wipe down countertops and faucets.
Organize toiletries and towels.
Mop floors and clean grout.

Bedrooms:
Change and wash bed linens.
Dust and polish furniture.
Vacuum floors and under the bed if possible.
Organize closets and drawers.
Clean windows and blinds.

Garage/Basement:
Sweep floors.
Organize tools and storage items.
Organize cleaning supply shelf
Dust and clean surfaces.
Dispose of any unnecessary items.
